Participants may claim a refund of the course fee prior to the commencement of classes. We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Participants are encouraged to provide supporting documentation to facilitate the review process.

Refund Amount

For refund requests submitted before the start of classes, 90% of the course fee will be refunded to the participant. This reflects our commitment to offering flexibility while maintaining operational sustainability.

No Refunds After Commencement

Once classes have commenced, no refunds will be available. We believe that the commitment to a course involves both the participant and our instructors, and we want to ensure that everyone benefits fully from the program.

Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the course has been completed prior to cancellation, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of Aspire High Classes. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the course structure, attendance, and engagement, and will be assessed on an individual basis.

Transferability

Refunds are not transferable to another course or individual. Participants may not transfer their refund eligibility to someone else or apply it to a different course.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within one month of receiving the request. Reimbursement will be made via the original payment method (e.g., credit card refund, bank transfer). Participants will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Administrative Fees

No administrative fees will be charged for processing refunds. Our goal is to simplify the refund process and ensure that participants receive their eligible funds without unnecessary deductions.
